The Beachbody Challenge Groups is a Coach-led, exclusive group committed to getting healthy where participants agree to do a Beachbody fitness program, drink Shakeology® daily and check in with other participants on a private Facebook page. This leads to people helping and motivating each other to achieve their health and fitness goals by sharing tips, accountability, and results.
You can expect to reap the rewards of motivation, inspiration, and comfort in sharing struggles and successes. A new level of accountability to achieve your goals and access to The Beachbody Challenge contest — where you'll receive an exclusive free t-shirt just for entering your results and the chance to win daily, monthly, quarterly and annual prizes totaling over $1 million a year.

PiYo - Challenge
PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity body-transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates- and yoga-inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles.
You’ll carve every inch of your body without jumps, without weights, and without straining your joints. And rest assured, there’s no complex choreography to learn. What is the commitment for a PiYo Challenge Group?
